  • Krásné prostředí designového pokoje. Výborná postel. Určitě přijedeme příště...

  • Bohužel nesla klimatizace, venku jezdí tramvaje z vozovny, takže ráno budíček dřív než bysme chtěli. Kdyby šla klima a mohla být zavřená okna, tak by to bylo jako v bavlnce...

  • Velice příjemné prostředí, ochitny personal.

  • Čistota v hotelu a vybavení pokojů.

  • Jedinou připomínku mám k jidelnimu listku k večeřím. Každý den stejný výběr 4 jidel. Myslím, že v takovém luxusním hotelu by měl být každý den jiný výběr jidel. Jidla byla dobrá ,to nemohu říct. Pouze by to mělo být pestřejší. Snídaně typu rautů byly fantastické. Takové večeře by určitě zakaznici uvítali.

  • Personal na recepci a baru byl vyborny. Zvlast Marika byla velmi ochotna. Nabidka Prosecca zdarma po celou dobu pobytu velmi potesila. Obsluha v reetauraci byla velmi prijemna a ochotna.

  • Uklid pokoje by mohl byt dukladnejsi. Vymena povleceni a prosteradel probehla behem 6ti denniho pobytu pouze jednou a to az po vyzadani. Minibar nebyl doplnen ani jednou. Karty od pokoje se po case deaktivovali. Bily koberec na pokoji nebyl vzdy vycisten peclive.
